Richard J. Browning
Mr. Browning represents clients charged with all types of criminal offences.
His clients appreciate his approachable practice style, his ability to
explain matters clearly and his professionalism in court.
Mr. Browning's practice includes conducting trials for lengthy, complex
cases involving serious offences such as murder, kidnapping, sexual assault,
assault and impaired driving.
Mr. Browning grew up in New Westminster. He attended the University of
Victoria as an undergraduate in political science, and then went on to
the University of British Columbia where he completed his law degree in
1989.
In his spare time, he serves on the Criminal Tariff Committee of the
Legal Services Society (Legal Aid) and also coaches for the New Westminster
Minor Lacrosse Association.
